DIN-rail case for FP01
MR9/HDA
A 9-module-wide case mounted on a DIN rail. The main board built by the customer sits on the base, and FP01 sits on the support shelf in the center frame. The case outline matches the size of the main board, so a main board designed to the same outline assembles directly into a lighting control module.

01 / LAYOUT
Main board in the lower tier
FP01 in the upper tier
The main board sits on the walls of the base; FP01 drops between the two walls in the center of the frame and rests on the inner support shelves. The two boards are about 37 mm apart, a height at which components on the main board do not interfere with components on the back of FP01.

Main board
Placed on the walls of the base (an open-top box). The case outline is 1 mm larger than the main board in both length and width.

FP01
Inserted between the two walls of the center frame (inner width 42.6 mm) and rests on 1 mm wide support shelves on the inside of the walls. Even with the 1.5-inch OLED module attached, it stays below the top edge of the frame.

TOP · FP01 PLATE
FP01 plate
A 2 mm translucent acrylic plate goes over FP01, between the centre frame walls. Its top face is level with the top of the frame. It has the OLED window and holes for Type-C, RESET, the ▲▼ buttons and the 4 LEDs; the labels are printed in white.

Both are modeled with the same origin, so moving them vertically is all the assembly animation needs.

- Open-top box (2 mm wall thickness)

SIDE WALLS
Side walls
For PWMX4, RELAYX8 and RS485X, comb-shaped “9HD SARC” side walls are fitted on both sides. For DIMX4, a “9HD SARC” is fitted on the front side where the plug-in terminal blocks are, and a “9HD L” with a cut-out opening on the back side. Both rest their top edge on the shoulder shelf and are fixed by inserting their tabs into the shelf slots. No front panel (transparent cover) is fitted.

On the actual product, the end plates at both ends stand inside the base, so the inner length between end plates is 152.3 mm (drawing dimension). A 156.3 mm long main board does not fit between them. When designing a main board for the actual case, check against the actual dimensions.
DIMX4, PWMX4, RELAYX8 and RS485X are reference boards verified in combination with FP01. A customer main board designed within 156.3 × 86.9 mm also fits this case.

A 9-module-wide, 53 mm high DIN-rail mounting case (MR9 HD series). Select “MR9/HDA” on the product page to order. Side walls are sold separately. For PWMX4, RELAYX8 and RS485X, order two “MR9/HDSARC” (9HD SARC); for DIMX4, order one “MR9/HDSARC” and one “MR9/HDL” (9HD L). The 9HD L needs the opening cut out. The dimensions of the delivered case are the values in the Dimensions table.
